How to Apply To The Program

  1. From the home page, you can scroll down the page and press the Apply Button in yellow; from the member center page, you can press the apply button. 
  2. Once on the application page, choose your membership type - descriptions and member fee information is provided.
  3. Once a level is chosen, the next step is choosing a username and providing your organization name. 

  

 

How to View Your Profile

  1. From the homepage, find the sign in link at the top right of the page. 
  2. Click the sign in link and enter your username and password for the website.
  3.  Once signed in, you will be redirected to your profile. If your membership is expired, you will be prompted to renew your membership.

 

 

How to Edit Your Profile

  1. From the homepage, scroll to the bottom of the page,  and find the box containing several links at the bottom right.
  2. Click on "manage profile" to edit your profile. This link will redirect you to a page with options for adding photos to the photo gallery, edit bio, change any preferences, or view invoices and membership status. If your membership is expired, you will also have the option to renew your membership at the top of the page. 

 

 

Uploading or Changing Profile Picture

  1. From home page, make sure you are signed in as a member. 
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the home page, and at the bottom right, click "Public Profile."
  3. Hover over the grey thumbnail, and a button will appear to add a photo. If changing a photo, hover over your current photo and the button will appear.
  4. Click on the button to upload a photo from your computer or drag a photo into the box to upload. 

 

 

Purchasing from the Store

  1. Verify that you are signed in as a member.
  2.  From the home page,  find the Store link in the top menu and click on it. 
  3. Choose the category you would like to purchase from. 
  4. Select a product and click on the View button to the right, below the price. 
  5. Type in your quantity, and select an option from the drop down menu. 
  6. Add the item to your cart by clicking the Add Item button. 
  7. You will be redirected to your cart, where you can choose to continue shopping for more items or check out. 
  8. Once you check out, you will be directed to a form to fill in your shipping and payment information. 

  

 

Why Can't I See the Changes I Made to my Profile?

 The website takes about 6 hours to reflect changes, so please check back after that 6 hours. If your changes are not reflected by the next day, please contact us.
